Weyermann Munich Malt Type I is a sweet, malty, bready malt with notes of hazelnuts. Producing a full bodied amber colored ale with superior mouth feel, use this in dark lagers, dark ales, bock, Märzenbier, Festbier, and Oktoberfest beers. Can be used for up to 100% of your grain bill for some styles.
